Support - Forums - Customer vs General

There are two separate sections in the support forum:

• Customer

  • A response is guaranteed within 24 hours (business days)
  • This section is restricted to customers who have current paid support
  • Your forum account is tied to your customer account that has the paid support

• General

  • Responses are usually within 24 hours however during heavy support periods it may take longer
  • This section is unrestricted, anyone with a forum account can create posts
  • First two posts must be approved by a moderator as an anti-spam measure
