So for those of you out there who use Nagios, you've probably gotten that annoying text at 2am in the morning notifying you that "Server X is down!"  This is only annoying because you have redundant solutions in place for this event, and it's certainly not worthy of getting you (or your boss) out of bed at 2am to come into work.  Nagios Enterprises has released a new addon that presents a solution to this problem: Nagios Business Process Intelligence. This tech tip will show you how to utilize Nagios Business Process Intelligence (or Nagios BPI) to create more advanced settings for how you receive notifications.
